At Shovx, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To help us maintain competitive pricing, Shovx reserves the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on approved returns. This fee helps cover shipping and handling costs.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item, we recommend returning the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Devices vs. Non-Refundable Items

To keep our prices affordable, the 30-day return policy applies only to electronic devices (including phones, headphones, computers, and similar products). Accessories, bundles, and premium shipping services are non-refundable.
